Bonus, last year it was about 10% of salary, company did well so hoping for around 15% this year

Previous company I would get a yearly bonus, $10k +/-

Unless you work for Saudi Aramco, in which case a Christmas bonus would be a little weird.

My stock options vest in December. I typically just cash those out when they do.

A bunch of team type lunches/events. Huge company Christmas parties. We get summer bonuses and variable comp in October

My boss has everyone send him amazon links to what we want up to $250 and he buys it for us and gives it to us at the Christmas party.

Not a Christmas bonus per se, but I get a percentage of my collections as a bonus once I hit a certain amount. In some years, I hit that mark towards the end of the year so it kind of acts like a Christmas bonus. This year, I hit the figure in March, and my bonus will end up totalling 1/3 of my salary. It's been a good year.
We also do a Christmas luncheon and ugly sweater contest. Yay.
