I don't put that garbage or processed sugar in my body. You shouldn't either. Your brain will appreciate it as much as your gut

You do you and I’ll worry about me. I don’t eat much but, if I’m making something that calls for sugar, I’ll use coconut palm sugar as it isn’t highly processed like white sugar. I have not had any problems from the little I consume.

Been on lazy keto since Feb. Still consume alcohol but have cut out all other sugars and most days my carb / calorie count is less than 30 / 1500.

Have dropped 40 pounds and still averaging 2lbs a week

Sure, but I don't eat enough of them for it to be a serious problem that needs cutting out.

This is me. I love rice and potatoes, I’ll usually have a meat with a veggie side and a rice/potato side. But I don’t drink sugary drinks or eat sweets hardly ever. I don’t hardly eat processed crap anymore. I don’t eat much bread unless I have a burger or sandwich at lunch

I just know cooked potatoes is an easy starch for our bodies to break down into sugars so IMO you can lump potatoes into the the processed carb category. Just like rice.

If you are counting generally unprocessed carbs like rice I literally couldn't make it 24 hours or my body would shut down. This time of year my caloric intake is about 3800 and roughly 2400 of that will be white/beige carbs or roughly 600 grams. The majority of the rest is protein with whatever fat my body is telling me it needs. Cutting back significantly much less cutting out carbs completely would not allow me to replace glycogen and I would bonk hard.

Coke the drink is not a carb, right? I think it has some of those pesky carbs in there …

This is why coke the powder is the right choice for your weight loss solutions

Keto is not healthy. You shouldn't be in ketosis if you're not actively trying to lose weight. It's actually unhealthy.

How. I had a doctor tell me the complete opposite. And don’t give me the cholesterol spiel. That’s been pretty well debunked.

Wouldn't be that hard. Eggs or fresh fruit for breakfast. Salad with olive oil for lunch. Baked chicken, potato, veggie for dinner.

Someone who used to be a lardass is the best person to give diet advice.

That’s easy. A full month gets really difficult.

When I get "sweet" cravings my wife will make cupcakes or a cake with keto flour and Splenda
Still a ton of processed carbs in that. Just has fiber to offset the “net carbs”

Is it a real potato cut and fried and lightly salted or is it a processed mixture of multiple ingredients held together with food safe adhesive and then dusted with sugar and salt?
And then fried in some nasty, ultra-processed seed oil.
