Collis Temple Jr. was first appointed to the LSU Board of Supervisors on July 1, 2020, as an at-large member for a two-year term, according to the filing. He was reappointed on July 20, 2020, to represent Louisiana's 6 Congressional District for a six-year term and served continuously on the board throughout the events described in the complaint.
The University Laboratory School, commonly known as U-High, is operated by the LSU College of Human Sciences and Education. Because the LSU Board of Supervisors governs the LSU System, the Board of Ethics contends that Collis Temple Jr. qualified as an "agency head" for the school under Louisiana ethics law.

On a separate note. Brittney is supermodel level attractive. Her FIL is a shady as it comes but this seems like a nothing burger.

I don't see the ethics violation here unless he specifically had a hand in her getting hired. I get this part:

There are plenty of state workers who are related or connected in some way, shape, or form, and this seems like a pretty big stretch to contend that the State code of ethics was violated because she coached at the school where her kids go (and her daughter plays too I believe).
I'm all for calling CT2 out on his bullshite, but this one actually seems like nothing at all to me.

She was a really good volleyball player at Tulane, so the hire is at least defensible.

If she's qualified to be a teacher and a coach why can't UHigh hire her even with Collis on the board
only issue could be what kind of salary was she making and if she got more then what the position required
