Settle down, granny. Unless he blacked out and shite in your closet he didn't have an "alcoholic experience".

Lol no. Honest mistake. Hardly a big deal.

Clear rum does make me feel like my heart is gonna fly out of my chest. I consume all sorts of alcohol in excess without issue. But clear rum messes me up quick.

But yeah these folk getting paid.

Maybe a 2 or 3 year old but not a 12 year old unless he had some medical problems.

what a tortured way to say nothing happened.

No that is legal speak for a six or seven figure settlement before going to trial.

And the hospital billed 100k for its services, and plaintiffs attorney gets a third or 40% of the total settlement.

No wonder insurance has gotten so costly in this country.

Hospital, lol. I remember taking a sip of grandpa’s beer when I was 4 or 5 and my strait laced grandparents laughing at it. When I was 13, our table of 13 year olds was served multiple pitchers of beer at Pizza Hut. This country has completely lost the script. We are a nation of feminized non- risk taking dweebs who have eliminated all our rites of passage, and wonder why we are now subject to the whims of a generation of gigantic pussies who are afraid of everything. Man up ya little twerp , and have another one. Strike a blow against toxic Karenism, have a few sips of what the grownups have, grow up and join the Marines and get laid and do man shite. And cut off all contact with your lawsuit- seeking helicopter parents because they are crippling you.

How in the hell as a bartender do you not know the difference between a "virgin" daiquiri and a regular one?
