I read article that stated some of the reason of rising rents is that a lot of landlords have retired in the last ten years… so they increase the price of rent to make up the difference in income lost

This is the reason OJ’s lawyers made a big deal over the documentation, collection, transportation, and testing of evidence… also who had access to said evidence… these people can’t be trusted… and it ain’t like the state will hand over evidence to be verified by a 3rd party…
