Are wedding receptions that have “No Hands” as one of the songs automatically trashy?

I was a in a wedding in a town north of Hammond a few weekends ago. They played “No Hands” by Waka Flacka Flames at the reception. It was the first time I had heard that song in a long time; since my college days probably.

By the time the song was played the bridesmaids were all hammered. One of them was lying on the floor while the others were standing over her and dancing over her. It was probably the trashiest thing I’ve seen in a while. (These are not bridesmaids that you want pictures of. Most were fat)

I think a wedding that plays that song is automatically on the trashy list. It was kind of a microcosm of the trashiness of our modern society as a whole; no such thing as having class or being ladylike or anything like that.

No Hands is THE song you play when the olds have gone home and it's time to get to the fun part of the reception

Honestly, all weddings with DJs I’ve been to play this kind of stuff.

Live band is the only way to go in south Louisiana.

I don't know if it's trashy or not because I've never heard of that song nor Wacka Flacka.

What kind of trash music are you kids listening to these days?

ETA--From the context, i can only assume some sort of hippity hop song. I have never, nor will I ever listen to that stuff. So, not trashy, but horrible and would not ever be played at any function that I would attend.

You answered your own question in the first sentence. North Tangi = trashy by definition.

I agree, our wedding band played a fantastic rendition of Back That arse Up. No regrets.

I was photographing a wedding back in december where the DJ (trashy) was this older woman in her late 50s. She played all explicit tracks and there were a ton of young kids. The photographer I was shooting with asked her about the explicit tracks and she just said "frick them kids"
