Sold cars for 2 1/2 years. Learned a lot about a lot of things. Highest score I ever encountered was 803. Retired guy. Sold him a Charger at 8500 off.
Folks with great credit get the best deals.

This place never ceases to amaze me, 3 pages and nobody below 750.
a quick head count and it was something like 20 800+(spouse included) and 17 less than 800(with almost all 17 in the the 750-800 range).

Yes. I pay my bills. Is this supposed to be difficult?
It is when you don't finance your life away. I pay cash for most everything I buy and never carry more than one note at a time. Have one small credit card, mainly for hotel deposits and such, and own my house, and my shite is in the 700's. I'm not playing the credit score game. I may not be able to buy a new Tahoe every 2 years at 0% interest, but I also have zero debt, which is a good feeling.

Yep. And no....I am not co-signing for you

I'm the guy that worked for Equifax and mine is 748. I highly question these other responses. An 800 credit score would be a guy with 30 years of good credit history and a < 10% debt to income ratio

Over 800 is probably .5% of the population. Most people that would have that score don't need to borrow money.

I'm too young. My credit history isn't long enough in general. Also, my first accounts (student loans) have been paid off for years. I'm in the 780s. My wife though has had a credit card in her name since she was 15. She's in the 800+ club.

Yea last time I checked it was a 717 and 730. Based on what I learned about credit when I bought my first home my 3rd score which I don't know is either higher or lower than the other two. So for everyone claiming to have one number as their score makes me believe most people are full of it. Three bureaus and everybody yelling the got an 8 something but don't mention what another score from the other bureaus. My bank also told me I am too young to even have an 800 credit score because my credit history wouldn't be long enough to have an 800. Its like if I started a who is in the 9 inch plus dick club everybody in this mfer would be claiming to be 9 and 3/4 inches.

Equifax, transunion, and experian made a secret 1000+ credit score for the ot ballers!

No, my credit is shite. Hopefully that will change after my divorce. My Sister & Bro in law do and my Grandfather as my Father used to put it, "has more credit than God".

Anything over 740 is irrelevant. 740 is the benchsmark and anything over that is for sport.

Obviously most people are going to say their highest one.

If you're signed on as an authorized user on an older family member's accounts it can increase your average credit history...So it is definitely possible to have a 800+ credit score in your early 20s.

Yea actually if you don't have a mortgage or enough credit cards or loans.

The OT, where everybody has a credit rating over 800 and also bring in 6 figure incomes.

750ish...Was told I couldn't make 800 because I don't USE credit cards/have debt!
