I worked for Equifax for a decade. It's much more complicated than just paying your bills on time. 800 is very difficult. You have to have decades of credit history, a decent income and very little debt. I've never paid a bill late in my life and mine is 748.

There are so many thing wrong there.

You don't need decades of credit history. You need to have carried at least two installment accounts to past 36 months. A mortgage of the same amount of time would help.

A decent income? How do they know my income?

Little debt? You seriously Clark?

800 is a joke. The whole system is a joke. 9 months ago my score was a ZERO. Zero installments or revolving in over 7 years after having multiple homes and vehicles. Through manipulation, It's already back up to a 700. By this time next year when I purchase a new home it will be nearly 800 or above it.

Already have my revolving availability back up to 54ish thousand.

806 last time it was checked. First time I've jumped 800 - always hung in the upper 7s.
