USF does not play Auburn every Year and know they are not same level of program.

This definitely felt out of character for Pennywise. And if it was all in her head then what was she hacking away at with the chisel that caused all the blood? Felt like lazy writing to get Lilly caught in a situation to look like she was trying to hurt someone.

What the hell does that have to do with anything? If you are getting govt assistance you should be limited to what you can get. It should be enough for basic sustenance, nothing more. And yes , they should have to drink tap water over sodas.
