Being sedentary and eating processed shite makes your body weak. Who knew?

Years ago I suffered a pinched nerve in my neck and it affected by ability to hold my head straight and had my right arm not doing what it should.
Had something like 5 sessions with a chiropractor and all was good again, but that was my only experience with them.
Going by that, I'd not hesitate to see one again if a similar issue came up.

Kinda similar, but optometrists have a undergrad and then a post-grad from an accredited college that everybody's heard of.
Chiropractors have an undergrad from a real college, but the other "degree" is not from any college that I'm familiar with.

I’ve been doing physical therapy for neck issues. It’s helped dramatically. At the end of the day it’s usually muscles issues pressing on nerves, they teach you how to stretch how you need to and build the surrounding support muscles. Yanking the muscles probably isn’t the long term solution in my opinion.
Change your posture and positioning during the day, be mindful of it.

Don’t let them touch your neck.

Mostly BS but can have positive results. The issue Chiropractic treats can usually be treated through proper posture or physical therapy.

Acupuncture nerve ablation worked better for me. Considering stem cell paired with Endoscopic isotope visualized ablation next

I’ve had some experience with what happens with anyone messing with necks…including trained orthos.
This is a true statement.

BINGO. There's a reason why plaintiff attys use them so much. One aspect of liability damages comes from the length of medical treatment, i.e. how long they suffered. Regular med plans only cover a set of amount of treatments .Most plt attys have contracts with specific ones, a form of kickbacks if you will.

They call them Dr. Crackabone for a reason.

Atlas-Orthogonal, The only type of chiropractor to go to. The only one in Louisiana is in Alexandria. Not sure why he picked there. That’s what I got !

Find one that is more of a sports therapist. Mine will beat the shite out of me to solve a tight muscle, and then spend 60 seconds doing standard "chrio" stuff like cracking. Reese Chiropractic in Katy. She's also got a cryo tank, does IVs, etc.
