We’re homeschooling our kids, my 1st grader is reading at 4th grade level and isn’t saying frick and shite. We also don’t watch TV except movies on a car ride and is working an active garden. Good times. ...

Cool story, for real. New Mexico is full of characters, and there is never a dull moment. But it's expensive and open with so many great parts.
