Anyone else scared of the dark?

What strategies do you use to make it to the morning? Me personally, I use a combination of night light, keep TV on, door closed, and a floor to floor bed frame.
Edit: NY forces me to keep my firearms locked up in a PA armory.

Not since I was maybe 3 or 4 years old.

Ma'am you might need to stop sleeping alone.

The aliens aren’t afraid of the TV on and they can phase through the closed door. You’re still gonna get your butt probed one way or the other

Don't worry, you closed that closet door all the way. It's not slowly opening...

Why would you close the bedroom door?
Then you won’t be able to hear when someone breaks in
We have a night light in the bedroom that is behind a big jewelry box thing, it was for the dog, she’s gone now, I don’t notice enough to think about unplugging it

I bet the poster is talking about a Smith and Wesson revolver.
I do like Glock semis though.

Mine is 7 now, and there were times when I let him watch shite I prolly shouldn't have and it scared him later on. But thankfully that only lasted a day or two and nothing has stayed with him. He's not really scared of the dark and hasn't ever been, barring some random nightmare about some bullshite I let him watch.
He loves watching old horror movies with me though. Like really old ones from the 30s - 60s. Basically the ones that were "scary" back then but not really scary at all nowadays (and they are pretty much all rated G or PG). And every now and then something stuck with him from one of those.
