The amount of money we could make selling modelos at 5pm quitting time would be astronomical.

I was just talking to my wife about this yesterday. SpaceX is projected to employee about 3500 employees. Average household size is 2.5 people. So let's say 3 for about 10,500 new residents. I would assume when they come down here looking for a house, they are going to be looking at Milton, Maurice, Youngsville, and Broussard. Trying to figure out on how to capitalize on this influx of people who are not accustomed to south Louisiana. The first thing that came to mind is food...Suire's and Nunu's about to make bank.

A coffee shop is a good choice too. The people working there are THE target customer demographic.

Maybe a condom store for Elon Musk. He definitely likes to throw his ax around.
Although his track record shows that he goes unprotected.

Exxon/Vermilion already made all the profit

Owner: ExxonMobil, which has held the roughly 130,000-acre tract of coastal marshland since the 1950s.
Manager: Vermilion Corp., which currently leases the surface rights for recreational activities like duck hunting.

A road service truck for all of those rocket scientists that can't change a tire or jump off their car.

That site will be full of baws. Most of the engineering will still be done at Starbase, TX.
The new site will a huge manufacturing and marine operation.

Kaplan and Abbeville will likely see growth .. youngsville and Broussard will be a little bit of a drive.

Half full of baws. 50% will be liberal, geek pencil pushers and QC types transplanted from all over the world.

Put a hold on those plans, Space ex just cancelled the project

SpaceX representatives said sending a rocket to Mars would be considerably easier than insuring one in Louisiana
