You realize people bring their own tastes to the new place, not the other way around? If they’re all from Houston, then you want a Texas Bbq joint and a Tex Mex restaurant.
I wouldn’t personally want that, but people bring their preferences with them, they don’t start fresh on arrival.

Maurice, maybe, but more like Abbeville, Kaplan, etc.
Plus, I suspect if they are using a lot of transient workers, the thing to do is open up an RV park or set up some man camps if you want to really make bank.
Those types of construction workers are not looking for a place to move in and raise a family.

Those guys work grueling hours and make top dollar. Time off is a premium. I would think a very well outfitted blue water fishing charter would print money. There are a few insta-whore influencers that make fishing content. I would have one or two of those as my mates.

a large mancamp/campground would kill it. anyone with land near the area and want investors? I didnt see anything for sale in that area right now.
