They want to turn it into a 1,000,000 sq ft distribution center. How long before it gets broken into?

Cortana was at one time the largest retail mall in Baton Rouge and it got put out of business at least partially due to competition from online retailers.
Now the largest online retailer may buy the property for its operations.
It's what Alan Greenspan once referred to as "the creative destruction cycle" caused by capitalism.

There are plenty of potential employees in the area. I'm guessing they will close down the little distribution center they have now and just move those people over.
