I learned this awhile back reading something. All of this "we need to change shite because its racist" was established (well helped establish) by a white woman who has gotten rich from writing books and giving speeches.

It’s pretty common in some parts of the North, if she’s from the upper peninsula in Michigan then it’s probably pretty normal for people to not have AC there

Shreveport already does this when it gets hot, which is fine I suppose. I'm glad people are offering AC and cold water to those who need it, but noone has to take it away from those who have it to accomplish this.....frickin dumbass
