Man that female cop absolutely smoked that civilian. Poor guy

Prayers sent.

Yeah, watching that she hit her target and moved. Textbook.

I can’t really blame the police officer for shooting the civilian

Except you can. You're not supposed to shoot at random people, you shoot after you identify the target.

Did you see how close he was to her? He came from behind a wall all she could do was react when you are under fire.

I’ve never seen an American women LeO cap someone like this.

She was engaged with an active shooter and a person in all black came up to her from around the corner and surprised her. It was not an unreasonable reaction, although very unfortunate.
I’m sure the guy was trying to help but maybe don’t run up onto cops involved in a firefight.
Again it’s very unfortunate but I don’t think she can be blamed.

Just based on the video it seemed like he was trying to take cover by the cops rather than by the gunman. I guess he could have sprinted in the open toward the camera, but he didn't have a ton of options.

Yeah, his options were limited. Considering he was unarmed and there wasn't much space between the cops and gunman and there are already 1 or 2 cops that have been hit, being next to the cops isn't helping him.

It's a lot easier to analyze it on a keyboard. My heart goes out to him.

Dumbass and fatal mistake on his part. You don't run towards someone engaged in a gunfight. You go the other direction and get away from danger. I really can't hold her responsible based on what we know so far.

I did, but Montreal isn't Ramadi (I think). If a civilian did that, they're looking at years in prison.

Why? I bet if they had audio she was sighing and the shot was literally over reacting… so the rest tracks.
