This is probably going to be studied like the Miami FBI shootout to inform future training.
She wound up in a position which left her with multiple vulnerabilities and was looking the wrong way so could have easily gotten shot if the rabbi had been the gunman.
Then she react late to him standing there beside her and fired without identifying if he was a threat or not.

So, much less active.

Y'all are going to downvote the hell out of this, but I don't think the shot that dropped the guy in the black shirt actually came from the female cop. The instant before he drops, he looks over toward the gunman, who just came out from cover. I'll eat crow if I'm wrong but I'm fairly certain we'll ultimately find out via body cam or otherwise that the shot came from the gunman, not the female cop.

I wish I could say you were right but you see the muzzle flash and recoil as he falls.

No, he was 100% shot by the female cop. He is facing her and grabs at his belly as she shoots. If it was from the shooter it would have hit him in his left side. Pretty clear she shot him.
Lesson kids, if there is a fire fight (and I am not laying 100% blame on female cop), get away from the shooters and the cops.

quote:In the closer video (though zoomed in and pixellated), it appears he takes a shot in the back of the head/neck area, which is consitent with the direction of the shooter. It's definitely a direct central nervous sytem hit the way he drops.

The city will pay that man’s family whatever they demand and she will be moved to an office where she’ll be payroll and pension deadweight for the rest of her life.

Can't blame the female cop for shooting that dumbass for walking up on her while she was being fired upon with dead cops around her...

I'm pro 2A, but comparing gun violence statistics of US and Canada is not the route you want to take to argue for weaker gun laws
The real reason is "culture", not the laws, but that's a topic for another thread.
This. You eliminate the hoodrat gun violence and the story on gun violence is very different, but the narrative is the issue is all gun violence is white mass shooters, which is such a small fraction of gun violence that it’s essentially negligible.

If we enforced the laws maybe “culture” wouldn’t be such a problem.

More gun control coming to canada soon

Look at the way she points the gun up, pay attention to the noise of the gun fire, looks like it recoils, and the direction she is pointing the gun matches it the way his body recoils. Wasn't stomach as I thought. I zoomed in and slowed it down. I think she shot him around the neck and it went up through his head.

This female cop had no situational awareness what so ever. The shooter was no where around her until she shot the civilian. If you aren't trained properly then this is the police officers you get. I get her partner was down but please take a second to prepare and game plan not shoot at the first thing you see.
eta: to clarify I am not saying it was because she was a female this applies to any cop. I am not a cop but I have military training and the shooting anything and everything near me was not part of it.

women are amazing. but I don't want to get in close quarter combat and need to depend on one.

Her not knowing where he was at by not looking got her shot in back also while she was running away. Should have dropped his arse as he was coming toward her while she had cover.
Posted on 6/22/26 at 5:01 pm to boxcarbarney
Can't really figure out what the civilian who got shot was doing or trying to accomplish....considering the current situation, shouldn't he have been sprinting away to gtfo of there?
It looks like he approached the female cop from a side angle and surprised her.

Just based on the video it seemed like he was trying to take cover by the cops rather than by the gunman. I guess he could have sprinted in the open toward the camera, but he didn't have a ton of options.
Also looked like he possibly going to render aid.
