Keto 100% works for people IF they combine it with regular exercise.

This is what worked for me. I dropped 65 lbs in about a year and got abs for the first time.. probably ever. Ate a shite ton of steak & hit the gym for an hour 3-5 times a week. My bloodwork, my endurance & how I feel say I'm healthier than I've ever been.

Once you get there it's easy to maintain. I eat clean mon-fri & then whatever the hell I want Sat-Sun.

You bring up a key point. What works for you may not necessarily work for me and vice versa. Once you understand what to avoid you can easily tailor a diet that fits your individual needs.

You probably should. Honestly, you are making the mistake of comparing yourself to other, fatter people around you. Your perception is skewed by that. Look at adult male photos from any other point in history, especially those from a job site or swimming pool or beach. You'd call them skinny but they're not. It's what we're supposed to look like.

I'm 6' 4", 200 pounds even. I work out a ton and eat right. And I'm tired of fat asses telling me, "Jeez, go eat something."

Who pays for this shite? What good does knowing that have for anybody?

Well shite, I am an unmotivated fatass but now that 40% of the country is, too, I will lose weight for America!

TIL KCl is the same thing as brown sugar. Why would you lie about something that is so easy to Google?

No, today you are going to learn humility. Look up Tony’s “No Salt Seasoning Blend.” It has some purple highlights on its label. Ingredient #1 is Brown Sugar. You found a different product, the “Salt Free Seasoning.” An understandable mistake since they are named so similarly.

Apology accepted.

Apparently, you don't understand how protein and meat play a role in weight loss compared to sugary carbs.

I get this all the time and I’m not skinny at all. People’s perceptions are so skewed.

I’m very conservative, but nothing pisses me off more than diet induced/lazy induced obesity. It’s up there with smoking for me.

I think anyone who is on government assistance in food stamps or healthcare should be strictly regulated. If you want to eat poorly and make bad health decisions you don’t get to do it on the taxpayer’s dime. This would solve so many of our problems before they even started. You want to eat junk food and drink every day? Get a job and get off food stamps. Want to be lazy and be obese? Get a job and get health insurance privately because the government will regulate the crap out of your behavior if you want government insurance

It’s more than 40% just from my observations alone. More like 70% I would say. If at 6’2” And 220 For a man and some BMI table Says 28%, then that is obese......soooooo just look around and you will see 40% is too low.

They should have done it by body fat percentage, not BMI. I would like to know what the average American male BF% is.
