Your body needs animal fat to feed the brain. The suggested healthy diet is anything but. Eat meats and fresh vegetables. That will cure your body of a lot of ailments as well as make you shed weight.

According to the Body Mass Index, in order for me to be considered "normal" I have to weigh between 128 and 162 lbs. Anything 163 and above is considered overweight.

BMI is not accurate, but I believe 4 out of 10 are obese. In Louisiana is probably more like 65%
