No you can’t, and a lot of those proteins are present, but not biologically available to you, morning you just consume more and more calories to get equivalent protein and even more on top of that to get equivalent usable protein

Just saying that it's not going to skew the total results very much.

I know, I'm agreeing with you. It's silly to think BF% would show a different result here.

It's all of the extra sugars in the diet. Quit drinking so many calories. Eat meat and fresh vegetables. You'll shed weight if you eat that and cut sugars.

It really isn’t that hard. Just now I made a sacrifice. Instead Of getting a chicken egg and cheese on a biscuit at Chick-fil-A i chose the much healthier option of an English muffin. It was a tough decision but I have to be brave.

I heard someone once say, if it doesn’t look like it came out of the ground or was walking in the woods, don’t eat it

admittedly I am part of that 40%, however I have been almost 2 months with no soda, candy, Ice cream and largely anything with a lot of added sugar, and less Carbs.

started working out, and I am down about 16 pounds since Jan 1, and about 4 since August last year. a long ways to go, but i'm working on it.

They listed him as 6-3 237. He had a doctor checked him out and his health was still good for his age.

My doctor doesn't look at BMI but the general health of a individual. If you have high cholesterol, blood pressure or high blood sugar just as examples then you have problems. Being overweight or obese just increases the CHANCES of that happening. You can be "overweight" and still be healthy.

Stupid government metrics inflate these numbers.

According to the “standards for alcoholism”, me and every single person on gamedays are “alcoholics”

So, you threw away the only nutrition in the meal and stayed with something made of white flour and carbs? Bro, that is not a healthier option. Throw away the biscuit and eat your chicken egg and cheese. Protein feeds the body. Carbs turn to sugar. White flour causes inflammation.

Having said that, i am about 220lbs, and should be closer to 200lbs. According to that BMI chart, i should be closer to 170-175lbs......the same weight i trained at swimming in college. I could literally cut off a leg and still never get down to that weight.

See, if you are 5'11" or 6', 170-175 is too small for me. That's skinny. I got sick a while back and dropped to 170.
I like to fill out my shirts. I'm 5'11.5" and I look my best at 185-190. I lift weights though.

Protein shakes then (even though it's "blood protein")

Most people could lose a good amount of weight by not drinking sugar filled drinks (soda's, etc.)
