In all seriousness, mothers (especially on the interwebs) rip each other to pieces over retarded shite. My sister literally could not pump enough milk out and internet mothers were calling her a terrible parent because she literally had to use some formula.

Same for my wife. Both barely made it with the emergency c-section. Several days in ICU for my wife and several weeks in NICU for my son.
I'd have a hard time not bitch slapping someone if they told my wife that bullshite.

My wife did 29 hours of labor and completely fell apart when she finally caved into doing a section.
She and I agree - when our 2nd is due, she'll get an epidural in the elevator and then go straight to section.
Anyone who doesn't like it can eat shite

My wife had a C section and I watched after 14 hours of labor. The recovery was terrible too. This lady is way off base.

Mom tries to exclusively breastfeed and accidentally starves her son to death. To whoever was asking about the cults of judgmental mothers, I just happened across this article on my fb.
Yeah, the shaming over breastfeeding vs. non breastfeeding has gotten way, way out of hand. I've even seen women get shamed for consulting with a lactation consultant if they're having trouble breastfeeding.

GAS?" but the social media public has to find something to get outraged about these days I guess. Thoughts on the situation?
Sounds like the OT. All that's needed is anyone mention the word biker and people lose their minds.

I think there's this impression that it's an "easy" way out.
It really kinda is. Most don't want to face the truth.

it's technically not a birth,
So what is it, a hatching? Are c-section babies not human?

Yup. Don't even get me started on that. I'm enjoying the "Fed is Best" movement.

by definition, it is. jesus
it's not a birth in the sense that the mother is giving birth, because she is asleep. the baby is removed by a doctor, so if you want to be technical about it, the doctor is birthing the child.

I wasn't asleep. I enjoyed watching my uterus get placed on my belly to be sewn up as the nurses took my son to be cleaned up and weighed. No sleeping on my end, I remember every single moment like it was yesterday. But I take no offense to the trolls saying I didn't birth my baby. Whatever you say

You have to be kidding.

Not always. Not even usually.

birthing the child
So despite a child being birthed, it's not childbirth.
You can't make this shite up.

because she is asleep
PREPARATION AND ANESTHESIA A C-section begins with a routine IV and anesthesia — usually an epidural or spinal block, so the lower half of your body will be numb but you'll stay awake.
What??? Do you have any idea about this?

Oh and and guess what else? I give my child formula. :GASP:
You don't/didn't breastfed your children? What's the rationale behind that? Is proven science that breastfeeding is much better for the health and emotional development of babies.

Someone got born and the parents want pics, frick off with this bullshite, prissy "It's not a child being born!" mentality. Oh, wait it isn't childbirth? Do you see the fkn stupidity? The definition of birth and childbirth, are you fkn kidding.
