I appreciate you and all of the other front line heroes.

Did you notice the sidewalk chalk art I made for you thanking you for your service?

Our favorite local restaurant had the full menu and a live band tonight. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had plenty to eat and drink and left a nice tip for the waitress busting her rear.

Good luck man.

I got sub par service at my regular watering hole tonight that I tipped 40% for this reason.

Same. We went out for sushi on our anniversary last week and it was proper fricked. One waiter for a good dozen patio tables, took forever, but I still tipped that fricker 40% just for showing up.

The Sushi tasted way better than it was just because I cooked every meal for over 2 months, ordered delivery for cinco de mayo and that was it. I’ve been eating great, but it was spectacular to be served, even if slowly.

Riverfront — Abbeville. Oh and $3 margs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Indoor Dining available but we sat on the patio. Was quite a nice evening.

I will not be going to a restaurants/Bars that require patrons to wear a mask. It is a stupid requirement, if social distancing works why is government requiring masks to be worn. Bet states in the south will give this stupid requirement up, it is already to hot.

This one didn’t. Servers wore a mask and I apologized to her for having to do it as it was stupid and she was like yes I agree. But it’s her job and she has to do what she has to do. She was great.

Oh and I tipped 30%. Poor girl was awesome and working hard — and still super pleasant.

People that don't at this point are asinine. I normally find you to be an annoying poster, but this OP is spot on. Get out there and make that money.

I had a feeling you worked in a restaurant considering your liberal views.

Then why wouldn't the restaurant go buy the eggs from the place everyone else's is buying them?

Since all this started, I've been dropping some pretty ridiculous tips for takeout just outta thanks at places that have stayed open. I tipped $20 on a $8 takeout burger a couple weeks ago. But those mofos went to work anyway when they probably could have collected a check to stay home to serve my lazy arse so they deserve it.

Same. We tried to spread our business around. Three of them said that they were doing much better than before it was only take out. Was glad for them honestly.

Owner: Masks are required.

You: I won't wear a mask so I'm not going in there.

Owner: That's what we said.

Its not hard people. If an establishment has a rule you don't like, don't visit it but, for the love of God, stop constantly bitching about it.
