Shocked that people go there regularly. You can make a PB, banana, protein smoothie for less than a buck and it’s 10x there. Has to be the most profitable business in history.

Try half-caf for a while and then move on to decaf. That’s what worked for me. Finally gave up the decaf bc what’s the point.

It’s awesome to not be addicted to caffeine and to use it only when it’s necessary. Good luck baw.

Very embarrassing, can’t you grow from seed there? Throw some fricking seed down.

Everytime I overseed my yard here in the fall I’m amazed at how easy it is.
Of course he COULD play, but is Keegan(w distractions) really better than Sam Burns or Cam Young w no distractions? That’s an easy decision bc he may not be better than them on level footing. The right decision was made.
The New Hampshire Street Restaurant of course. The location must be in the name for success.

Try subbing the noodles for rice, delicious.
My suggestion would be don’t skimp on the flooring, use Ninja. I’ve seen a number of others and none look as good as the job they did on mine. Been about 4 years and looks like the day they installed it.

20 years old, fairly rough I would say. Yeah I was hoping to get away with no primer.

Brick Painting w/o Sprayer

Considering painting my brick home this fall and looking for any tips. The mortar is nearly level with the bricks so it seems to me like rolling it shouldn’t be difficult. I know prep is key and I’ll be pressure washing prior to painting.

For those who have DIY, what suggestions do you have? TIA
You can’t find anyone bc we’re full. Please take the hint and stay on your side of the lake.

“Life is a gift” but I only care about myself so I’m not willing to sacrifice any of my time for kids of my own.

Not sure about surge but this track looks similar to Isaac, but Isaac was a slow mover.
