Not worth it to DIY. You’re going to spend $1k in materials alone and end up with a shite finished product. Have someone legit do it, drop the $3k-$4k, it will show well when you go to sell the house. Ninja did mine 5 years ago and it looks the same as the day they installed it. Oil leaks wipe up with a paper towel, nothing penetrating that coating. Impressive.
No shite dude I’m saying he’s a dumbass for playing it up.
Playing it up at BC…my 8 yo plays it down, fairways are pure.
Play it up for what? FWs are wide as hell and in great shape. You deserve what you get if you miss FWs out there.
Cups on the mag were destroyed on Saturday, really bad. I can’t imagine they were changed all week. Must have been putting all focus on the oak for club championship.
Have to go to downtown BR from Mandeville once or twice a month and fricken dread it every time. Not sure I’d take a 200% raise to make that commute daily. And no chance in hell would I leave Mandeville to move to BR, I don’t get the appeal of BR.
Just here to let everyone know that even though hambones is leaving, we(Northshore) are still full.
Don’t worry, you’ll get back to the 30-40% increases again once we have a bad hurricane season.
As with anything it depends on how much money you have. I had a grandparent at The Blake, place is awesome I wanted to move in.

The bar is still ok, food, not so much.

There’s no way this is possible, the place is absolutely slammed every single night they are open.

Chicken bacon ranch sliders
Agree with Sixth. 99% of people wouldn’t know the difference if you doctor up blue runner vs spend all day making your own. Beans are just one of those things that aren’t worth the hassle to make from scratch.
A simple google of Bedico creek flooding answers your question pretty easily.

You’re 5 minutes from one of if not the best teachers in the state, doesn’t sound like you realize how lucky you are. He doesn’t need weekly lessons, buy him one every few months and let Rob know you can only afford to bring him once every few months and he’ll give your son some drills to work on in the meantime.
You’re welcome to visit but understand that we don’t need your money and we’re full so don’t get any crazy ideas.

Cap one 360 is only 3.3% but may be worth it for the bonus. It’s tiered depending on how much you have to deposit, I think it caps at $1,500 for $100k. Can’t touch it for 3 months though.

If still thick in some areas grab a rake and fluff it, still good color under there and you can get another few months out of it.

Not sure where you’re coming from with “pine straw is difficult to put down”. I find it way easier than traditional mulch, just shake it out doesn’t have to be perfect. Rain will eventually hit it and settle it in.
