A 20-year-old armed man with a rifle, handgun and body armor was stopped by CCW Fireman

Thankfully the guy was stopped and we didn’t see anymore loss of life. That being said, what do you charge this guy with? Not sure if Missouri is an open carry state, so you might be able to get him on weapons charges? Count how many peopl where in the store and charge with X amount of attempted homicide charges? The guy should never see the outside of a prison again, but I’m perplexed as to how the justice system accomplishes that.

Police believe he was on facebook live, streaming and doing commentary as he walked thru the store. They are checking his social media to see what he was up to and what he was doing.
I thought it might be some tard, streaming on youtube, to get views as he did a video to see what people would do at local wal mart if he walked in with gun, armor, and bullets.
Could still be something stupid like that.

Hell no. This is attempt all day long. Attempted terrorist acts, murder, plus all the gun charges you can dream up. A good prosecutor could do work on this.
