Man I can't imagine losing a young child so suddenly.
What is the GoFundMe page for? Is that just a given now when someone suffers a tragedy regardless of whether or not there is a corresponding financial setback? Is the money to make people feel better?

Funeral expenses I would guess. I don’t know how many people carry life insurance on a 7 year old.

I get the angst directed at those people, however, for every surgery an ENT performs on a kid that actually needs the surgery, they probably perform 5 convenience surgeries that really do not need to be done. No doctor pushes surgery as an option more than ENTs because it is a huge money maker for the practice from the facility down to the doctors involved. And as routine as they should be they can really be bad when they either leave packing in that they forgot about or what this poor family had to go through.
Just saying....

God’s plan? Whatever. frick god if his plan is for children to suffer and die before they’ve had a chance to live. People say this shite “it must have been gods plan...they’re in a better place”. frick all of that. Life sucks then you die. Period.

What’s with the picture of her when she was 3 in the OP?

Ugh.
Our ENT has reccomended that our 9 year old have her tonsils removed this summer when she is out of school.
This is a reminder that there is no such thing as routine surgery.

Yep. But GF page is at $30k as of this morning. That's a lot of cash. Really don't understand the auto use of GF these days for every tragedy.

The anesthesiologist has got to be worried as hell right now.

Sometimes bad shite happens we have no control over. If she went down this quickly and couldn’t get her back, it was likely something catastrophic like malignant hyperthermia.

Wow, obviously I didn’t even check the page.

if god's plan involves killing 7 year old girls then it is a shitty plan.
I'm a believer, but how can you not agree with this? It's one of the things I struggle with, faith wise.
I probably won't check this thread again because I don't really want to read what all the atheist have to say about it, but I agree that it's a shitty plan for the girl and those who loved her.
