re: Amite

Hijack: seeing any deer in amite? Super slow by us. 5th year out there.
I’ve done it with my neighbor and kids. It was fun. 2 boats. One for gear. The other to hunt. Getting there and back was treacherous imo. Camping was cool. Our wood was green so that sucked. Rained for a bit one day got cold and windy quick and there was no escaping it. Lots of people around if you need help.

Just the strings would be a concern. I’d have someone who knows what’s up look at them.

What’s the going price for a whitetail shoulder mount? Haven’t mounted one in 19 years.
I think it’s hard to move the needle these days. Not a huge upgrade from last year.
The new dartons are highly regarded and tunable without a bow press.
I am an idiot. It’s not capital armory.
Great summary! I’ll say frick capital armory though. They donated $50k to block the provision to remove the $200 tax stamp from the big beautiful bill.

I own a PSE Mach 30 and Mach 34. Both bought used on archery talk. Don’t think I’ll ever go back to aluminum. I like them for all the reasons listed above. Also the ec2 cam system is super smooth. No big dump. Just a smooth draw in to the back wall.

I saw it was 29.95 at Walmart the other day when I was buying some trailer tires. Super cheap considering local shop wanted 125/tire.

Thing is I can’t figure out how to schedule it online. How do you schedule it?
1% chance you have an anesthesiologist in the dental setting.

99% chance it’s a crna.

CRNA can do anything a doc can do.

Talked to boat Dr. They don’t think it’s a compression issue. Will be dropping it off.

No. A replacement from Napa but not oem.

Prodrive compression issue

Posted by Success on 9/3/25 at 9:17 pm
My 2008 has about 125 hours on it. It’s the original kohler 25. It will crank on first try every time. But will only run at high rpm. It will die if I let it idle. I found out I have a compression issue. I was told one cylinder is “30% lower than the other”. I should have asked for numbers but I didn’t. So I assume one is normal and the other is off by 30%. I’m also told it could be the aftermarket carb. I’ve had an aftermarket carb on it for 5 years. It ran fine for years. A new oem carb is $600. So is this something I should chase down?I can do basic things like change the carb, oil, plugs but a compression issue is out my wheelhouse. I don’t want to spend a ton on an 08.

Thoughts?

Sevr 2” cut but I have a pack of beast this year. POI is the same as sevr so I will try them this year. What I like is there is no bands to keeps the blades locked in.
