Don't get crazy with some sort of workout routine immediately. Start with walking 2-3 miles five days/week and cutting out easy sugars (candy, soft drinks, etc.) for three months. Then, start a schedule-oriented conditioning regimen at a gym like Orange Theory. You'll get there faster than you think.

At 300 pounds you’re really only a smallfat and should keep the health concerns of your larger brethren of size close to your heart

Phentermine and/or Adderall... kill the appetite.
Start walking, doing something and slowly increase reps, distance, shite...
You would feel sooooooo much better bud. Not judging. shite happens, it is easy for humans to become comfortable and accept the unacceptable, especially when it happens little at a time.

OP, glad you are okay but you are probably an outlier much like some really healthy people who have had some major complications with the virus. In a sample size this large, there will always be some anomalies. You’re still young, now is a good time to make a lifestyle change. It’s gets harder with age, trust me. My doctor once told me if you are in your 40s and you waist size is 40 or above, it’s like a ticking time bomb strapped to your waist.

I’m wondering if his recent weight loss helped with fighting the virus.
Even with being so heavy, his body has been moving in a positive direction. He’s probably invigorated some systems that were shut off when he was gaining weight and at 350.

You’d better talk to Big Lou.
He’s on meds too.
