You should start smoking again. You’d probably eat less.

So I understand the other health issues thing is given a lot of credence.

And my guess is a number of them are important. Obesity and diabetes I'm guessing is important.

But through it all, age is the most important thing. Virus doesn't usually kill you, it's the immune over response that does. Over fifty is much higher risk of dying than under 40.

You had age on your side this time. Let's try and get a bit better.

You can't do this on your own. You need a yours lifestyle change. Diets help initially, but you need to change your lifestyle to make it stick. Exercise helps with the lifestyle change. Get involved with people who also work out.

Anyways happy you got through it.

I shouldn't have laughed so hard, but I did.

Best of luck to OP and try to drop a few lbs bud, you'll feel so much better.

Subtle "I'm an unhealthy frick" brag.

Also, thanks for your expert scientific opinion. We REALLY could use more of that around here.

Glad you recovered, but it may be time to start taking better care of yourself.

Maybe this is the motivation you need: your dick will stop working if you don’t get healthy

And I caught Covid three weeks ago. Was back at work after two. For me it was nothing more than a weird flu. Let the people get back to life.

Caught in February.

And with my Sinus also giving me problems, it was a quagmire. But honestly, it wasn't as bad as the usual cold/flu i have had.
