You do not have to be the one being car jacked or mugged. If you see it happening, if you witness a mugging or carjacking, you can legally veer into the bad guys.
The government has a fund that helps pay for any damage incurred to your vehicle.
Also, off duty law enforcement ALWAYS carry and they're relentless about taking down muggers and carjackers.
We need all of this here in the US asap!

Unless the climate in Iran is completely different than Iraq I don't see how it will be a problem for the US military. Considering I was in a fighting hole in Iraq this time in 2003 but they could be a huge difference in the climate between the two countries. :dunno:

Wait, so did they or didn't they have WMD's? So in the big year of 2026 you think going to Iraq and being there for what 15 or so years was a good thing. I did a tour there and knowing what I know now it absolutely made zero sense for the USA to go to war with Iraq.
