Mindlessly indoctrinated with African America studies and BLM canned responses and points of view.

Someone literally sat down and thought up all of the possible, reasonable responses to being baselessly called a racist, and then came up with some way to cast these replies as "signs of racism" and package them to their sheep for indoctrination.

But it's slowly dying. I can feel it, but it will come right back up when/if the next democrat gets into the White House.

The gun ownership thing is scary honestly. You don’t know if their kid knows where one is that isn’t locked up. If you know a family that’s had an accidental shooting/killing playing with a gun, it’ll scare you too because it’s someone else’s child, not yours that has to know better.

1) don’t agree but see the reasoning behind it

2) likely sign of a trashy home environment which I wouldn’t want my kid in

3) define scream and the context

4) see 2

5) see 3 but replace scream with racist

The only one I don’t agree with is the not allowing him to be wit people who own guns. You can tell pretty quickly who’s responsible with their guns and who’s not. I have guns, my friends have guns, it’s a non-issue.

As for everything else, I wouldn’t want my kids to sleep over at someone’s house who is an alcoholic, angry racist who yells all the time. Sounds like an unpleasant person. Don’t know why the author felt the need to blog about this, though.

All of these actually seem reasonable to people who are parents.

I’m with you.

I had neighbors who stored guns causally under the bed (no case not even a gun sock) and their kid didn’t have the gun discipline not to do the “hey, come check this out”. I would tell my kids to just play outside and never be in a room if a kid takes out a gun.

I do not drink if I am responsible for someone else’s kid.

Cursing a lot in front of kids is just trashy.

If parents teach kids that guns aren't toys then there is no issue. My dad would drive with a loaded .45 in the cup holder (think 30 years ago.... i mean I wasn't even in a car seat) and I never once thought about touching it because I knew it was dangerous.

"Jimmy, I would live for you to be able to come over, but I am afraid of having to talk to your mom."

kid got a bad roll of the dice, and needs all the help he can get.

however, the bottom line is.....no need for that in my life, nor my kid's life.

I was so careful. I would access the predator lists, and arrest records of any parents she may be in contact with. I knew if they had any arrests, or driving infractions. I, as her dad, was unwilling to put her into a bad situation.

She also went with a cell phone and the knowledge that I was only minutes away if she wanted to come home, or needed help.

Besides... If you don't have a gun in your home I assume you're a felon and can't own one. Or you're too stupid to realize the police can't get to your home quick enough in a life or death situation.

I'm their parent and I said no

If you need to give other reasons beside that you are forcing you opinion/agenda on someone who you are then bashing for forcing their opinions and lifestyle on your kids

can you say hypocrisy.

this is way too blanket of a statement. if the kid has been around guns, used them responsibly and taught properly, and also shown himself to be very responsible, sure. but kids do dumb shite. just because dad taught kids about guns doesn't mean kid listens. why risk it when you don't know? is that gamble worth your kid's life?

She is so brave! I cannot imagine the number of hours she sat on her therapist's couch working up the bravery to pen this inclusive, loving invitation for community. We need more people like her in our communities. Sarcasm font [off] on.

She sounds like someone who will never understand why her kid became a drug-addicted homeless tranny willing to blow anyone for a couple of bucks.

I wouldn’t let my child stay at someone’s house if their dad was a racist drunk that was constantly cussing at his child.
