This doesn't seem like a difficult problem to solve. While she is at work one day, just move all her stuff out of the dorm and change the locks.
Then, sue her for unpaid room charges. I think $94K is little excessive for 24 months though.

It can be tough even in pro-LL states.
Banks were forced to wait YEARS while "owners" stayed in their homes without paying on mortgages after 2008. I have no doubt that the legal costs of defending lender liability cases from 2008 to 2015 or so were in the hundreds of millions.

Seems simple to me.
She simply comes home from work one day to see her stuff outside and the locks changed. Problem solved.
I would certainly think so, considering that you don't even go to the school in whose dorm you are squatting.

When I was 17 at LSU there was a 33 year old guy in the dorms with us. Thought it was crazy. But he bought me crown.

This is actually illegal until they have permission from a judge to evict.

They'd be breaking the law since it's been well past 30 days. This leech has rights now according to their law.

This is why the mafia is good for society. Someone is refusing to move out? Call up some guys whose last name ends in a vowel and have them send a couple of people over to "pay her a visit".
