I would fire her with a quickness. I think the OT should find her job and make sure her boss knows she is a deadbeat who reflects poorly on the company.

Geeez...when she leaves, go in and remove her shite and place it in a storage bin, paid for 3 months.
Move another student in and change the locks to the room, and change the locks/ code on the dorm facility doors.
At her spend money hiring an attorney that is stupid enough to take her case

You have a newspaper come to your dorm to take a picture, and you don’t even bother to make your bed.
Sad.
Sad.

More rent free living? She’d probably like it!

She has them over a barrel and she knows it.
Seems like the could pay to have all utilities isolated off of her unit and hope she can't afford utilities which she would probably get through some sort of government assistance lol. She probably is covered under some for law for tha as well though.

People like this used to be considered lepers. We used to take care of trashy people the good ole fashioned way. Now they are celebrated.

Is this over two years? She couldn't find a decent apartment or even a house? Would have been cheaper for sure.
Cheaper than free?

Her parents if she has any should be ashamed of themselves.

She's not on the website as one of the employees. Strange...
Posted on 3/1/18 at 10:55 am to Brummy
I mean she's clearly a total loser.

Nothing wrong with 30-year-olds going to college.
There IS something wrong with 30-year-olds living in dorms.

Exactly. Cost don't mean shite if you don't pay and they don't kick you out.

hmm. I know a lot of y'all are going to send hr mean emailswith throw away accounts, but how about a long con?
Make a fake company, fake website, and offer her a job out of state. Offer to pay room and board, she moves out, then notify her school she is gone. They are happy, she goes to X location for job and gets trolled.

I’m so glad to not live in New York or California where evictions are a complete clusterfrick.
It is easier here than other places, but if you recall a while back, Louisiana has laws in place preventing homeowners from just barging in and changing locks as well.
Sounds like this useless chick is well aware of the laws and is using them to their advantage.
It is sad because those laws aren't intended for situations like hers. They're intended to protect people from being kicked out of their home out of nowhere.
