Easy. Wait til she leaves, kick in the door, remove all of her stuff and burn it. Leave no evidence that she had ever been there. Then just act like you have no clue what she is talking about when she returns.

For everyone saying "remove her stuff", "change the locks", etc. That is illegal...
It's messed up, but the protections were put in place to protect regular folk from a-hole landlords. This is a very rare case where the laws protect crazy freeloaders.

I hope her plan was to live rent free for 2 yrs while she aggressively saves for a home... But somehow I doubt it.
Ok, the college can't legally evict her from the room, but they're not legally obligated to provide showers/toilets etc... I'd block access to all of that for her even if it meant hiring a guard for that sole purpose b/c frick her

I was going to say the same thing. Block her from using the building facilities and try to cut off power to her room. Surely laws don’t require a landlord to provide free utilities to squatters.
