Cool mountain stuff is usually outside of big city limits, so I'm thinking somewhere beachy in a cool city that isn't super expensive. I'm gonna go with Charleston, I think you could make it work w/ $3k.

I'm going to need more like $10k a month minimum. As many have stated, $3k a month really isn't shite and if I get to live anywhere I want enough to afford some kind of lifestyle. I'd probably choose a little town in Italy like Radda or Monti in Chianti.
