this kind of crap happens because most people have no clue how governmental accounting works...the majority of politicians included...they get elected, and think they can spend money any way they choose...oh, and most politicians are greedy pieces of trash...

Yes. Good guys and they used to play in high school as well. Their singer is a bit older. Graduated way before I did.

Damn sure is now. Drove through it and went through my old neighborhood in 2020. It’s become more 3rd world almost like Clayton and Fayette Counties.
