i have one adult male currently, as well as two or three juveniles and at least one female...when i sit out to take pictures, the adult male will fly away momentarily if i so much as turn my head...the others don't mind me being around, and will occasionally fly up within a foot or two of my face before they go to the feeder...some of the juveniles are a bit scruffy, but i wish there were more distinguishing characteristics like the one you have...

why have you pretended to be black numerous time on here? here's one example of many...
black guy visited nashville for the first time and my thoughts

Granted I'm conservative and enjoy all music but I had an overall good experience. I've heard people call Nashville the White Atlanta or White Houston and it is exactly that ... a lot of White people partying. Of course some racism paranoid Black associates tried to warn me about racism but I didn't experience any of that. Not counting security, I was often the only Black person in the bar and no one bothered me with any racism. I felt more comfortable there than an all-Black ghetto bar in the hood where violence happen all the time.
Nashville has some of the most beautiful well dressed women. Not sure if they were visiting or lived there but I seen so many gorgeous women. I enjoyed Broadway most before it got too dark and crowded. Ladies you definitely got to be careful b/c I did run into some bourbon soaked Appalachia mountain bred super horny honky tonk guys that look like the types to drop stuff in drinks which I was told is common on Broadway. But guys gotta be careful too b/c these seedy women do the same not for easy sex but to rob you. I don't have a favorite Broadway bar b/c they all pretty much gave the same vibe but all the bands were decent to great. The food was surprisingly good. Gumbo Bros (LSU alum owned) downtown and 312 Pizza Company in Germantown were my favorites.
What I didn't like were the hills. I didn't realize Nashville was so hilly so it wasn't always an easy walk to get around. Also even though I had a decent experience, Broadway almost gave me Greek row top house vibes. It seems like the people having the most fun and were the least sober were all privileged hot confident people ... I almost felt sorry for all the fat and unattractive insecure people watching everyone else enjoy themselves and get attention.
Overall I would move to Nashville if I could afford it (out my income bracket). Also I toured Vanderbilt for the first time which is where my hotel was and it was a beautiful campus. The campus area didn't seem overrun with angry blue-haired liberals which was a plus. Nashville got some really cool neighborhoods (Germantown was my fave). Nashville is a beautiful city with a lot to offer ... especially great live music ... even my hotel lobby had great live music every night.

This is the first juvenile male with the gorget showing that I've seen this year...I usually don't see the young males this early...this picture was taken July 30th, and there was a second one here today...

rufous hummingbirds are pretty much the same size as ruby throated...buff bellied hummingbirds are larger, but more likely to be seen in louisiana in fall and winter...they breed in southern texas, so they could be expanding their range...

this kind of crap happens because most people have no clue how governmental accounting works...the majority of politicians included...they get elected, and think they can spend money any way they choose...oh, and most politicians are greedy pieces of trash...

"Foundling wheels" were used as early as the middle ages, mostly in churches and monasteries...you would place the baby in the opening, then turn the wheel so that the opening faced the interior of the building...turning the wheel would cause a bell to ring so the baby would be found quickly...

These two have been around for a few months regularly, with a second female occasionally...I usually get a little more traffic in early August...I also had a female black-chinned and a male rufous for the first time this spring...I'm hoping they'll be back in the fall...

Rodney Alcala killed at least 8 people, but it is believe that he could possibly have up to 130 victims...
he was referred to as "the dating game killer" because he appeared on the show and was chosen by the young lady to go on a date...but after she actually talked to him, she refused to go on the date because she thought he was too creepy...this was during the course of the murders he committed...
one of the ways he would approach victims was saying he was a fashion photographer...he would make arrangements to meet a girl in a remote location to take pictures of her...after he was apprehended, a trunk was found containing over 1000 pictures of women, teenage girls and boys...120 of these pictures were released to the public to try to identify other possible victims, but 900 of the pictures were too explicit to be made public...
LEOs have compared him to Ted Bundy...he was also described as "a killing machine"...
