Yea, IDK. My Dr friend was paid a million dollars more (3.5 over 2.5), over a 5 yr contract, to move to Alexandria over Tampa. If you’re willing to move there…they are willing to pay. At least that’s how it was.

How safe is going to the zoo? I’ve been a few times and my wife goes with the kids sometimes when I’m hunting. Never thought it was unsafe but you have red X’s all around it.

The garden district is turning to shite quick. There are some beautiful homes in the area that are slowly being taken over by the urban decay in north Alexandria. White flight is building up the 28 east area now

I could buy it, but then I would have to live in Ellick.

Even worse it's in Alexandria. The only redeeming quality that city has is that you can get to virtually anywhere in the state of Louisiana in 2 hrs or less.

If it has a secret hidden underground entrance way and occupied the interior of the Elick turn circle, maybe.

Otherwise hard pass.

That's not a liner pool. It does need an acid wash though.

And that's not the neighbor's carport. That's the back of the home. Quite nice at that

Probably not a huge pool of buyers in the Alexandria are, would like to live inside the city, and can afford this house.

Depends on the field. My nephew and his wife were new doctors who retired $1.2 million of debt and bought two houses in their first seven years of practice. I was flabbergasted!

Nice house, I would live in it if it wasn’t in Alexandria.

Still that way... the smaller the town the more doctors make generally speaking.
