Oh but you’re near a nice beach. Ok then you go and it’s so packed you can’t even walk or get a spot. Sounds like a great lifestyle.

You’ve clearly never seen any of the Miami suburbs. All of the houses have enough distance between each other. And there’s multiple bays that you can buy houses on too.

Have you seen the houses in Coconut Grove and Coral Gables? They’re spacious as hell.
