Mizzou is the loser kid that eats alone. It doesn't quite fit in with the other kids and makes a bunch of noise for attention only to be looked at as an annoyance. So Texas activates the guard on state active duty orders answering to the Governor. What is preventing Biden from overriding the activation by placing the Texas guard on title 10 orders and shipping them off somewhere? From what I understand, federal active duty orders have precedence over state ...
