Yeah. It was good. I saw them in St. Cloud, MN and they had played outdoors in Fargo the night before during a real cold snap and Brian was fighting a cold, so Lee Rocker had to fill in on a couple of lead vocals.
It was a great time though. A lot of people watching as a percentage of the audience were into the rockabilly lifestyle. Guys with tats and pomadours and chicks doing a Betty Page thing in fishnet stockings and mini-skirts.
I guess Brian's retirement due to some sort of hand issue was either fixed or greatly exaggerated because they're coming to Kansas City this summer, so I need to see if my rockabilly pals here want to go.
