About 1.5-2 bottles of wine per night. Half a bottle of liquor if it’s a liquor night.

You won't get sick from that. I was drinking 2 handles of bourbon and 2 12-packs of IPAs a week for years and quit cold turkey with no ill effects. I managed to get alcoholic neuropathy so now my feet are permanently fricked up.

Quitting was the best thing I ever did. I just wish my nerves would repair themselves...

I've done both and prefer dry. Just works better...

Nostalgia and the fact that current radio blows monkey balls are the reasons people gravitate towards older rock stars for concerts.
Whit Weeks being out and Perkins obviously quitting on plays.

The ambience of this place is weird but the food is decent

Looking at the Yelp pics, there seems to be a lot of cultcha in that place. Food looks good though.
The real answer is this: add hot stock to meat/veggies before adding rice. After you add rice, wait until you get a roiling boil for a few minutes before lowering the heat to low. Add lid and let go for 25 min. Then fluff from bottom over until all top rice has been resettled. Cover off heat for 15 min and then you’re done.

Cancun Tipping$$$

Posted by Big Chipper on 10/6/25 at 2:17 pm
Heading to Cancun in a few weeks for the first time. Staying at an all inclusive resort for 4 nights. How much should I bring for tipping? I was thinking like $300 in $1,$5, and a few $10s. Does that sound right? Any tips would be appreciated.
I quit 7 months ago. Was spending $500 a month on bourbon and beer. I was drinking more than two handles a week. Developed alcoholic neuropathy so now my feet are permanently both numb and pins/needles.

One morning (March 4th), I just said frick it...I'm done. Now I'm down 62 pounds. My sleep is awesome and I just feel better all around.

Not going to be preachy, but it was the best thing I ever did.
Moldova sounds like one of those fictional countries they use in movies.
