“Grumpy little Sheila, isn’t she?”

I don’t listen to much prog rock anymore, but when I do, so does the entire neighborhood.
Better football through chemistry.
Shutter activation on a Nikon F2 camera.

Fresh, well tuned strings on Fender Telecaster being played through a Vox AC15 handwired amplifier.

The kerrang of a G chord on a Les Paul through a Marshall plexi amplifier.

Racking the slide on a CZ 75B.
A while back, a politard poster forced me to call him a window licker. POS deserved it too.
:usa:
I saw him play a show at the Monroe Civic Center back in ‘82. It was kinda a country show. Bocephus played a white Les Paul Custom through a Marshall stack. They played a ZZ Top medley and just rocked the frick out the entire show. Great time.

Happy Birthday Hank and I hope you get stoned at the jukebox!

Perhaps the most telling example of Ronson’s abilities lies in a short YouTube clip filmed not long before his death for a BBC documentary.

He’s playing the blue Tele that he favored in later years, into a small practice amp – worlds away from his signature gear choices of a Les Paul and a Marshall stack, yet the sound produced is so unmistakably that of the Ziggy era, that the oft-stated notion that a person’s sound is all in their hands, seems to be proven once and for all.

Mick is one of my all time favorite guitarists. Always the coolest.

Snarling vocals and loud guitars riffing out. These boys may have a bright future ahead of them.
