Just finished it. Does this mean I have to wait another year to see the 2nd season or is this some kinda midseason thing?
I give it 9.5. My new favorite Marvel series. Incredible series and I loved it.

I can't imagine they wouldn't do a second season if it's well received, but they've said they're only going to do 2 a year and JJ S2, LC S2, DD S3, and IF S2 are already filmed or filming. So it could be 3 years before there's an opening for Punisher Season 2 if they renew it and stick to the 2 a year.

Netflix Is Promoting The Punisher With What Looks Like an E-Mail Phishing Scam

When I did have Outlook download images, it didn't animate. It just immediately filled in with the final Punisher image. This was fricking stupid on Netflix's part, because they were victims of a phishing scam just last week, as the article states, and like many subscribers, I don't know anything about Punisher.

As soon as they were calling him "retard" and it went super violent, I knew why some people weren't liking it.
I don't understand it. It is painfully obvious what this show is. Frank Castle was not designed to be a nice character, he's designed as a one man killing machine who punishes with wreckless abandon.

The way these things go it will probably be spoiler free until about halfway down page 3. I'm through 3 episodes and it's been good so far.
ETA: As usual spoilers are starting to pop in near the end of page 3. So far it’s minor spoilers from the end of season 1 but it can definitely impact some of the earlier episodes. So if spoilers bother stop on this page until you’re finished.
