And at what point we might be at in their timelines for those who either didn't watch or needed a refresher

At the end of Clone Wars, Ahsoka is 17-18 and Bo Katan is 30-31.

The Mandalorian takes place about 25 years later.

Bo Katan Kryze was named the Man'Dalore before the Battle of Yavin when she was given the Darksaber. Sometime between then and the Battle of Endor, Moff Gideon took it from her.

Ahsoka Tano and Sabine Wren went in search of Ezra Bridger sometime after the Battle of Endor.

Also, loved seeing Titus Welliver as the Imperial Captain on the freighter. He always plays a solid villain.

I yelled Bosch when he first came on screen. I wish he had more time in the story. He didnt have much to work with in less than 10 minutes screen time.

Has anyone mentioned "Close the doors"

The way he delivered that line was too good.

Quarren. Co-inhabitants of Mon Calamari. Learn your Star Wars.

I’m guessing this was in the Mon Cal system? The shipyards are at Mon Cal, and they didn’t show any on approach.

So the politicization of this show starts here it seems. She said the Watch is a (SJW keywords) “religious cult” of hardcore Mandalorians, and her kind will be the more enlightened, “diverse” group. Sad to see that they’re taking the cool, badass Mandalorian lore they set up and shitting on it already.

Bruh its an out for mando to remove his helmet and/or give up his quest with baby yoda and just raise him as family instead of giving him up and them going on their separate ways. It’s not some political commentary

Or maybe the Death Watch is an extremist subset? If you did any research about how the Death Watch has been depicted in Filoni's other Star Wars work, that's a pretty logical conclusion.

Or, you know, you can jump to your snowflake conclusions. Sad.

I genuinely feel sorry for people like you.

I thought this episode was the best of the season so far. Wish it was longer than 35 minutes.

Decent episode, but seeing as how seasons of shows are pretty short these days, it's disappointing that the episode was only half an hour.

Katee Sackhoff's overacting is pretty comical, but I guess I'll get over it.

I like how they explained the helmet thing. Leaves the door open for him to stop leaving it on all the time.

Why does this matter?

So we're just going to ignore that religious cults have long existed throughout human history before the last 5 years? Talk about whitewashing history.

Both the animated Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels pre-date your SJW labeling. They established the canon they're talking about in this show.

Nonsensical statement. Some historically-inspired themes and using a TV show as a platform for modern political activism are two radically different things.

Not that I think they're doing that here. It's just not a good argument.

The little titty bumps in their armor were cute, though.

Have you ever watched Longmire? She was practically comic relief at times with the exaggerations. This was a pretty understated performance in comparison.

What are the chances that we still get Sabine in this season since obviously they trolled us with Sasha Banks....I think its more likely that we get more into the story line of the Ghost team post-Rebels in S3.

ETA That is if the Mandalorian goes into that story at all.

If Sabine is in this episode she is probably with Ashoka. For those that watched Rebels when Ezra and Thrawn(canon now has both surviving) went into Deep Space together it was 5 years later the last time we saw both of Ashoka and Sabine heading off to find Ezra. Thrawn originally came from EU but Filoni brought him into Canon to be the main villain in Rebels. In EU around the time of the Mandalorian he is already back so it is safe to say Ezra is back and I would not be surprised to see them in later seasons with more of a role.

It has already been reported that the main antagonists in S3 for Mando is Bobba Fett.
