Incredible film that might be the funniest movie of the decade. Its built like a play. One location. Four actors. Its going to be nominated for everything next year from adapted screenplay, to Wilde as director, and maybe even all four actors.

If you are planning on seeing it, I would suggest not watching the trailer because it gives too much away, so I did not link it.

Ive already bought tickets to see it a second time on Friday night. Doing a double feature with the new Evil Dead movie.

No one on here is going to listen to you, even when you present the numbers. They have the biases and nothing is going to change that.

You could say look at the raw domestic numbers and show them movies like Super Mario(430 mil), Michael(370), Project Hail Mary(344), Toy Story 5((335), Obsession(245), Devil Wears Prada(220), Backrooms(190), Hoppers(166), Scream 7(121), Scary Movie(105), GOAT(103) as movies that have made over 100 mil and have been profitable so far this year.

You can show them non-franchise movies that have been profitable like Project Hail Mary(344), Obsession(245), Backrooms(190), Hoppers(166), GOAT(103), Wuthering Heights(84), Sheep Detectives(65), Send Help(64), Reminders of Him(48), The Drama(48), Iron Lung(40) but the goal posts will be moved.

Finally, you could point out the different genres of films that are making money now compared to previous years...video games, horror, romantic/rom-com, animation/family, independent studios.

But none of that matter because feelings mean more than actual facts on this board.

I absolutely loved the movie, although its definitely not for everyone.

The story is from some of the first known stories about Robin Hood, A Gest of Robyn Hode. Robin is an outlaw. He doesnt steal from the rich and give to the poor. There's no Maid Marian, or other characters, or characteristics that were added during The Renaissance Period that are attributed to the character today.

Little of both. If you looking for a War of the Worlds type of movie, you'll be disappointed.

I would say it feels like a mashup of Close Encounters, a good M Night film, and Super 8.

E.T. was the last movie to increase from second week to third.

TCG is almost all the business now. Sports cards are down big. TCG is basically half or more at every show I go to now.
