Only 3 playoff teams are outside of the top half of the league in rushing yards. Both #1 seeds are in the top 3.
2 of the 3 teams mentioned above are in the top 6 at stopping the run.
Passing yards the last 2 years have also been the lowest since 2009. Defenses are catching up like they alway...

He's a liability against the run. Dennis Allen values DEs that are above average run defenders. Marcus Davenport is very good against the run and despite the underwhelming sack totals, is an effective pass rusher as well.
