I have enjoyed these last 3 episodes, but I hope that the 4th episode isn't based so much on a "mission" but rather backstory, character development, dialogue, etc. The show is starting to feel like a video game.

I know it's awesome right? I love just going off on a side mission every now and then

obviously people disagree with me. I do think that the show is awesome, and the action is sweet, but the "sure, I'll help you Mando, BUT FIRST you must help me with the most treacherous mission imaginable" thing gets a little repetitive. I will enjoy regardless, its just a minor complaint.

As long as they sprinkle in a little poking fun at that trope, I don’t have a problem with it. It’s a good formula. Like, maybe in an episode, ask Mando to do something really stupid simple, like watch their kid for a few minutes while they run to the grocery store, and then immediately help him. Then have that person be like “no, what did you think I needed someone to hijack an imperial freighter or kill some giant monster? Who do you think I am?”

Complete speculation here but I’m thinking next week Mando meets back up with Cara Dune and Greef Karga, and judging by the trailers when you see them next week could be really good

I assume he is headed to the planet Bo Kataan was sending him to find Ashoka. If so they may be the next episode.

My only is 8 episodes but at least season 3 is already being worked on.

The only issue I have with Mando is that is knows a lot of bad guys are looking for him right now. Everyone seems to know who is is and who he has with him but yet he is so trusting to leave baby Yoda with random people.

I do enjoy baby Yoda eating habits

Just want to see him break out some more force powers

I don’t think that’s until episode 5. He was talking about a “bumpy road” to get there so I don’t think he gets there immediately. The Razor Crest was in pretty bad shape so I’m thinking he goes back to Nevarro where Cara and Greef are.

In EU around the time of the Mandalorian he is already back so it is safe to say Ezra is back

I think that that fact that Rebels brought Thrawn into Canon doesn't necessarily mean you can translate anything from his timeline in EU to his timeline in Canon.

I can see (hope) that the next big bad after Moff Gideon is Thrawn, but I also wouldn't be disappointed if we get a live-action spin-off sequel to Rebels. Filoni left it open-ended for a reason.

I think we are getting to the point where we may need Readers and Hodors threads. I'm not worried about being spoiled in this, but I have absolutely no idea who any of these people are that you guys are bringing up. I'm not complaining at all, I think it's funny.

I feel like Cara Dune is going to die this season. Gina Carano said yet another thing on Twitter to piss off the woke mob. She must know she's surrounded by woke sympathizers, and it could very well get her fired.

Unless she's already out of a job because Cara has been killed off. If not, she almost certainly will be now.

You're crazy if you don't think the zealots at Disney would fire her for this.

Haven't they already finished up their productions for this season?

Technically no because Thrawn in the EU was after Rebels, even though his back story was already there, and then Filoni introduced into Rebels.

But Canon now has both of them(Thrawn and Ezra) surviving the event in the last episode of Rebels. Canon has not expanded on where they are now but it also has not killed them off yet either.
