I think calling this person a "Trans Woman" means it's a female trying to pass as a man, like the girl from Juno does. I always thought Pat on SNL was a woman dressing like a man too, but I have no real proof that that was the case. That's easier to do in my mind because there's lots of wimpy looking men to compare themselves with. If I'm wrong, please correct me.
