If the movie/plot is good, IDGAF if the main character is female or the ethnicity of supporting casts or if Lando likes wild orgies where maybe a guy slips in
Problem w TLJ is that Rian Johnson did a shite job directing. He spent more screen time on the 10+ B plots and undoing TFA plot points than actually focusing on the main plot.

In a nicer theater in the FW area that I frequent we are 9 minutes to show time.

I Took my son to a 6:15 pm Friday night showing at sugar land AMC. 10 people in the theater at 6:15. Probably 35 people when we walked out after the end. Star wars has squandered the benefit of the doubt and barring a miracle by JJ Abrams its done.

Theaters around me were sold out all weekend.
Probably has more to do with the fact that I live in a beach area that supports vacationers from DC, Baltimore, and Philadelphia who all came to town for the holiday weekend and it rained all weekend. Hell, even Life of the Party was sold out all weekend.

At this point I've separated the original trilogy from anything else that comes out.
It's given me peace of mind and allows me to root for the failure of the horrible mess Disney is putting out now.
